Default Help!!!!!!!!!

I have a blackberry pearl 8100 4.5 os and i also have a bluetooth 8700 headset and it dosent work!!!! i recently updated my os to 4.5 and it still dosent work!!! any ideas???

have you attempted to add the device to your 8100? when you search for new devices and the headset is in pairing mode, does your device find it?

yea it finds it then when i type the pin in it says it cannot connect

what PIN are you using for the device? it is USUALLY 0000

check to make sure that the device isnt alright in the list of paired of devices. if that doesnt work have you tried to do a battery pull? with the device powered on pull the battery for 30 seconds, then put it back in and let the device power on normally.

well make sure the device isnt currently paired to anything else but the overwhelming majority should. cant say all, because there are always exceptions.
