Hi - I used to own a Blackberry pearl 8100 and used it fine, no problems with an O2 blue bluetooth headset.

I now have a Blackberry 8110, but I cannot get the O2 blue, bluetooth headset to work with it.

Does any one know why, or can they recommend a headset that will work with the 8110?

I've gone through about two dozen BT headsets here and every one that worked on an 8100 works on an 8110 - not always true in the other direction (at least until OS 4.5).

Does the BB find it when you use its BT utility to pair up? If not, maybe it's because (no insult intended) you've forgotten how to put the headset into pairing mode.
