I have searched but could not find an answer. We have started moving to the Nextel 7520. I am looking to find out if the answer feature on any of the BT headsets will handle the DC function. Thanks

yes you can use the DC with the bluetooth you still have to press the DC button on the device but the headset will work just fine

I was kind of hoping the button worked on the headset would act like the DC button. I guess that may be too much to ask for.

The call answer buttons will not work on the headset as the PTT button.

Also, in general, the audio is very inconsistent going through the headset. Sometimes the sound will go through the headset and other times it will come through the phone itself.

It can happen repeatedly if your DC conversation is spaced out a bit. It's because when the DC session times out (a few seconds) the BB drops the BT audio connection. Re-establishing takes a second and it outputs to the speaker until it can re-establish it. If RIM added an option to change the DC timeout or to leave the audio connection active for a time period after the DC session ends that would fix the issue.

yeah i suffer from that as well but hey it beats not being able to use it at all
