Default Jabra 8010 skipping when playing music with BB8100 - 09-18-2008, 06:25 PM

For some reason the music skips randomly when i'm listening music..
its worse outside than it is inside and i'm not sure what to do anymore.
I have the latest OS for my 8100.
I downloaded the latest firmware for bt8010.
still no luck.. it still skips :[ anyone have a solution?

P.S. my phone is never even close to a foot away from my bluetooth..

I have a BT 8010 and have used it w/out incident on my 8130...no skipping or other problems, Pearl in my pocket, while working out.

Perhaps its something with the old 8100's bluetooth compared to 8010s?
i have micro edition bluetooth version : 1.1? i don't know..
i don't think its that..
well, i'm returning for a new device.. hopefully that helps :(

I can officially say, the BT8010 is not compatible with the 8100.

I just got my second one in the mail, with no problem getting the same results from
the previous BT8010. :(

I also now bought a Jaybird 200i doing the exact same thing my BT8010 has done.
So now i blame my 8100.. must test again in a couple of other phones..
BOTH bluetooths work with the 8310 AND 8330 flawlessly.
