Even though my experience with most bluetooth head sets for phone use hasn't been the greatest, if you are looking a for great stereo head set for listing to MP3's on your phone I would highly recommend the Motorola HT820's. I enjoy listening to music so I am picky when it comes to sound quality that head phones offer when the quality of the audio is execellent.

I record my MP3's in VBR 320, one tick down on the quality scale when using autograbber, stereo. Joint Stereo seems to flatten the sound on both the left and right side. Having hearing that is a bit higher than a cat helps I guess :o)
