No such device exists for the BlackBerry.

I handle this by:

1. Wearing mechanic's gloves as much as possible while I'm working
2. Wrap some saran wrap loosely around the phone - all buttons are accessible, and you can even get the trackball to scroll.

Not ideal, but it works well enough and keeps the BB clean.

If you create a few playlists you should find you don't need to mess w/the controls very much...

Wirelessly posted (7250)

The A2DP Bluetooth profile supports audio/visual control (next, previous, volume, etc).

You'd simply need to find a Bluetooth device that enables this functionality. However--as mentioned--i don't believe one exists.
