Default Best Bluetooth earpiece for 8330

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everyone,

I am just looking for advice for a good bluetooth earpiece that will work well with my Curve. I have gone through two Motorola's and both broke. After a year no one could hear me on them. I am looking for one that fits well in my ear and has a clear reception for both me and my callers.

Thanks!

That is probably going to have to be your call.

I happen to like the Moto H12 and H500 and the Jabra BT-250V.

Check out the Bluetooth Connection sub-forum because there are lots of discussions. It basically is what works best for each individual as Dubdub said.

Moving thread to Bluetooth Connection.

I had a plantronics didn't like the fit or call quality.

Got the Jawbone worked great, give it to my father so I could get the Jawbone 2.. I like the second even more then the first I sometimes forget I am wearing it fits so good, call quality is even better then the first. However it is expensive.

what are your needs? Sound quality is always important but are you going to be using it in primarily quiet environments, loud environments, or both?

My girlfriend had the plantronics voyager 520 and that thing had awesome sound quality and volume, but there wasn't much in terms of noise reduction (which was never a problem in her saturn ion with the windows up). Her dog chewed that up so she is temporarily using my samsung wep 410 and it works great for quiet environments but even my pickup can put out enough noise that I have to talk very loudly for people to hear me and when she walks into a mall it is very hard to hear her over the noise.
I was not happy with the motorola h700 because it never stayed close to my ear and the sound quality wasn't very good.
I now have the jawbone 2 and I am very happy with it. Sound quality is great (volume could go higher for me but it isn't a big issue) and people never have to ask what I said, even when I am in a very loud environment. My big gripe with the jawbone 2 is the fact my ear is between the small and medium earbuds so it gets uncomfortable after an hour and a half or so of wearing.

Jawbone 2 works well for me but without the ear loop I find it more comfortable.

I have used no less than 15 different mono BT headsets and these are my top 4 in no particular order:

Plantronics Discovery 925
BlueAnt V1
Jawbone 2
Jabra BT530
