Passkey -

I have a Blackberry Pearl 8100. I'm trying to connect with it via bluetooth from my PC. The only problem is that when I open the "Bluetooth File Transfer Wizard" on my PC to send a file the area that says "Use a passkey to ensure that you are sending the file to the correct device. The passkey protects the file from being viewed by others while it is sent to the other device" can not be clicked on or input. In the passkey area nothing has been input.
Now I've done a little research I've tried the 0000, 1234, 000000 and 1111 and nothing works. How do I reset passkey so I can get my bluetooth to work?
Does anyone know?
