i have bb 8330 and have a headset of plantronics voyager 510, when i search for a new devices from bb the headset does not appear in the list how can i pair and use the headset?

Have you placed the headset in "Pairing mode"? (Not sure what the steps are for this with a Plantronics headset).

yes i have but my bb says no device in range but other handset finds it...
