I keep getting the "Device does not have the necessary services" when I try to send a file from my macbook Air to my BB Bold, sending from the BB to the Mac is OK................Please help

I am now trying to download the Blackberry user tools as my MBA has no CD drive to load the CD, hopefully that will have the necessary files to get the Bluetooth working

i am having the same problem! i put the CD nto my drive and the user tools screen comes up, but it won't let me click on anything.
