Does anyone make a bluetooth headset which:

1. Has no over-the-ear hook (or the hook is removable);
2. Fits comfortably in the ear canal; and
3. Supports the A2DP (music) bluetooth protocol?

I'm presently using the Jabra BT8040, but it's not very comfortable and the volume is poor. When driving, I find myself holding it to position the in-ear part to fit better so I can hear podcasts with poor volume or callers with soft voices. I can't wear over-the-ear hook designs because I wear glasses. I've tried several. They just don't work for me.
