I've tried to enable it in the tools menu, the bluetooth set up and the manage connections. I have 2 bluetooth devices one of them is a motorola hs850 and the other is a gps puck a gtop gps. they used to work fine now i can't get the 8320 to reconigze them any help would be appreciated thanks Jimmy

I had a BlackBerry device where the Bluetooth wouldn't enable. It turned out to be a hardware issue. Nothing I did in the OS helped, even performing a device wipe. You could try wiping the device or performing an OS reinstall to see if that would help.

It is more than likely a hardware issue, then. I had an 8700g that did the exact same thing. I couldn't enable Bluetooth and nothing I tried worked.

Interesting, that ! Thanks Jeremy. You'll notice I have a very similar problem with my newly-updated 8800 - "Where has my Bluetooth gone ?" Looks like a dead-end, then. Bah !
