Folks,

My BB Flip 8220 has developed this strange symptom suddenly. The bluetooth microphone simply does not work. I can hear the caller fine. The behavior repeats for both inbound and outbound calls.

It is definitely a device issue. I tested two working headsets on the device, both of them are muted. They work fine on other devices.

I have played with Bluetooth options of BB to no avail.

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
