Hi all,

I've got a HS-655+ headset and like it alot, including the little tube you put it in to charge.

Unfortunately, the headset has stopped charging when plugged in. It usually vibrates once after plugging it in and the light blinks, but now it just does nothing. The three little pins in the tube and on the headset look fine and I can confirmed it with multiple chargers that successfully charge my Curve.

I hate to junk the thing and buy another one.... any ideas?

Are you sure its not already charged?
Clear the usb in the tube by blowing, there could be dirt stopping the contact, do the same on the headset usb too.
Make sure its pushed all the way in.

It should blink red when charging (if i remember correctly) and make sure it isnt turn on when charging.

I ordered a new one. It turns out it is the charging tube that is bad as the old earpiece charges fine in the new tube.
