Default Bluetooth/Garmin

This is my first post here. Please be gentle.

I have a BB8120 with TMobile service, therefore no integrated GPS. I have recently purchased a Garmin Nuvi 265WT. It has Bluetooth.

Each time the two are "paired" my entire phonebook is transferred to the Garmin. This takes a while as I have almost 3,000 entries in my BB phonebook.
This is really not the issue, even though it IS time consuming.

I thought, maybe mistakenly, that I could get these two pieces of equipment configured so each time I displayed an address, that SINGLE address could be mapped by the Garmin unit. It makes a lot of sense to me that it could work that way.

I have the standard BB Maps app on the phone as well as the mobile Google Maps. There is a choice in those to use GPS but each time I enable that feature I get a failure message on the Nuvi.

Is there 3rd party software out there to do this? Is there someting I'm missing? I'm fairly familiar with all the menus and options on the 8120.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
