I am having a problem when I make or receive a call in my car over Bluetooth connection to my Storm 2 from Verizon. The volume control on the BB device works when connected to my Plantronics headset but does not work when connected Hands Free to the car. The BB connects to the car with BB volume set way too high so the call is to hot and garbled. Turning the car's volume down only reduces the level of the garbled signal. I need to be able to turn the BB volume down. This is a killer issue since I take/make so many calls in my car. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I get the same problem w/ my storm 1. After the Summer 2009 software update, the bluetooth connection was perfect. Then, the Oct 2009 software update came out, sped up the phone quite a bit, but killed the previously-fixed bluetooth problem.

Sorry to say - there's no fix for it right now. We'll just have to wait for RIM to get off their lunch break and finish the next upgrade.
