Your problem was not clearly defined, however, I pressume you are trying to transfer files from a phone to your BlackBerry via bluetooth.

The BlackBerry will only listen and accept data transfer only if it is explicitly told to do so.

This therefore means you would have to go into your BlackBerry bluetooth options and first make sure the device is discoverable. Also make sure that your security is not set to high+encryption or that may prevent it from communicating with some devices. Also make sure that data transfer is one of the services that's checked.

You then need to go to for example your music on your BlackBerry, activate the menu and choose the option to receive via bluetooth. Your BlackBerry will then set itself up for the transfer and you can go ahead and initiate the transfer from the other device.
