I recently upgraded from a Nextel 7510 to a Nextel 7520. Followed up with a Motorola H300. It paired in less than 30 seconds and works great. 30 seconds later, I paired it with my IPAQ HX4700. I can also use Direct Connect with it, although I have to use the PTT button on the handset.
