Default Key Tone Beeps in Earpiece

Please Login to Remove!

I hope someone can help with this problem. I have just received a 7520 (Telus Canada) and am using a wired ear-bud type hands-free unit. Whenever a number key is pressed, ie dialling a phone number, navigating automated menus, passwords, etc, a very loud beep is produced in the earpiece. Can anyone recommend a BlueTooth unit that defeats this tone, or maybe minimises its volume/frequency? I am told that this tone cannot be defeated, but I just can't believe that, every phone I have had previously has had the option to disable this tone.

Thanks all in advance.
