Default Headset and PC in conflict?

I have a 7000i and several BT accessories, including a Flamingo Headset and HF820 speakerphone. I have also been able to get my BB to sync with the computer as well (using a non-approved Zonet adapter). All this works great - except in combination. When I am wearing the headset and walk into my office, my PC/BB link doesn't automatically start. I can't choose 'Connect' on the BB, nor reconnect via my PC. If I have a connection to the PC active, I CAN choose 'Connect' on the BB to pick up the headset - and thus maintain 2 'live' BT connections. As soon as I leave the office, the PC is dropped until I turn the headset off again. Any ideas on how I can have the headset connected and keep discovering the PC? Obviously the PC and headset are both trusted, BTW. TIA!
