I just got an H500 for my 7105T. It paired easily and connects easily, but I'm having problems with reception/quality.

Half the time, the unit picks up a strange high-pitched whine. Sometimes it sounds like i'm underwater to me, and to the receiver. It's very crackley too at high volumes.

Speaking of high volumes, it doesn't get very loud either. I got it becasue my 7105T is not very loud and this is barely better.

I tried the same headset with my friend's razr and it sounds much louder and crystal clear. Does this sound like a problem with the H500/BB or is it possible my bluetooth radio is bad on my blackberry....

I myself and having these exact same issues with my 7100t. I even just got a replacement 7100t from T-mobile and the problem continues so I would be curious to know myself.
