Greetings...

Does my 7250 have an auto answer function while I am using my bluetooth or wired headset? To be clear I am not looking for the function where the phone will answer when you take it out of the holster. I want the phone to answer (out of the holster) when a headset is active.

This is the first cell phone I have had that this option does not show up readily on the setup screen...

Is there an update for my 7250 that would allow more options as to auto answer/auto hang up aside from never/always and never/into holster (respectively)?

I am looking for a "while headset is being used" option to load...

Not that I am aware of. You may want to suggest it to RIM as a future enhancement.
