I received the headset the other day and was excited to try out windstop etc etc. But of all the calls I made, many resulted in "What?" and "Hello?" I called a voicemail service and listened the messages I left myself. To my surprise, there was a high pitch squeal and the volume of the recording was extremely low. Am I doing something wrong? Or is the product not what I expected? Or did I get a defective unit? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
