I have a Jabra 250 that I am using with a Blackberry 7250 and I am having a problem with outgoing calls. Specifically, every time I make an outgoing call I have to "Activate Jabra 250" on the handset to move the audio to the headset even though I already have a connection. For inbound calls, I can answer on the headset without having to do this.

I have desktop manager 4.1.0.8 and core application 4.0.2 on the blackberry itself.

Any suggestions?

I just solved the same problem. You need to pair the Jabra with the "advanced function".

Delete the pairing from your 7250. Re-pair the Jabra, but instead of just holding the multi-function button, hold the volume-up button and the multi-function button at the same time, until the blue light stays lit. Once you pair the two, you should be set.
