Default Having trouble using keyboard with 7250 BB - 02-06-2006, 10:21 PM

I'm trying to install the FreedomKeyboard program to my BB 7250 but the desktop manager keeps giving me a "No additional applications designed for your device were found" message every time I try to add the program to the list of BB programs.

Can anyone help me out?

I think you'll need to download and install the Handheld Operating System software for the 7250. You can download it from your carrier's web site. Once you download it, run the executable and then start desktop manager. If you have downloaded a newer version than is on the BB, it will do an upgrade. You should then be able to load the keyboard software.

*EDIT:*Got it working after uninstalling 4.0.2 and reinstalling it. Thanks for help...

While the other topics I created will undoubtedly be deleted, I strongly urge the mods and admins to simply close this one - inevitably someone will have the same problem as me and they'll need somewhere to get their help.
