I have bluetooth in my HP Laptop (nx8000) running XP SP2. It shows the bluetooth by HP driver. I can pair my 8700c up to it, but Intellisync won't sync. I read somewhere that you had to use the drivers for Windows XP SP2 for Intellisync to work. Any idea on where to get or how to activate those drivers?

Uninstall the 3rd party drivers and manually install the generic drivers using the Found New hw wizard.

What is the name of the Generic drivers in the hardware list?

I think its just called Generic BT device.

Couldn't find any generic BT in the list
