Question Bluetooth Sync Issues

Please Login to Remove!

My original 7100t USB connection broke, so I bought a used one on Ebay. Once I received it I had it unlocked and upgraded it to HK4.1 software. I am also running the 4.1 desktop software.
I followed the directions for doing a bluetooth sync but cannot get Desktop Connectivity and Wireless Bypass Services active on the Blackberry - I've tried everything I can think of but I can't get them active.
After researching the boards I *think* I know the problem and am looking for a solution... I 'think' this 7100t had been used w/ a BES and those services were probably disabled by the BES. I think this b/c I the firewall is also turned on I cannot turn it off...
So, does anyone know how I can get these services turned on, and the firewall turned off, now that this 7100 is no longer using a BES but rather just BIS?
Any help or suggestions is appreciated !!!
