Default Cannot connect BB in Bluetooth Add function

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,

I have enabled BT on my 7290. When I tried to add, it gave me error "Windows cannot find any Bluetooth devices. Make sure that your Bluetooth radio is attached to your computer and is turned on, and that your Bluetooth device is turned on. Follow the setup instructions that came with the device, and then click Search Again." What's wrong? I followed all steps... can anyone assist? thanks...

Make sure that discovery is ON and enabled on the handheld. Make sure you are running both desktop 4.1 and handheld OS 4.1. Also make sure that the bluetooth drivers on the computer are the windows ones and not any third party ones.
