Unhappy TomTom Rider pairing w/7520

Please Login to Remove!

Looking for help to figure out why I can't get audio working vai my TomTom Rider GPS when it paired with my 7520 and either the supplied TomTom headset or my Jabra BT 250v headset. Both headsets receive the TomTom audio instructions when the GPS is navigating a route. The TomTom is supposed to allow you to receive incoming cell calls only while riding and both place and receive calls while stationary. I could simply be a TomTom compatibly issuse as the company states that it may work on phones not yet tested with the unit. I can't seem to find any misconfigurations in either devices during and after pairing is complete. I've opened a tech support ticket with TomTom but thought someone here may have some recommendations that may be helpful.
