Default SmartFone shopping experience?

Can anybody share their experience shopping on the SmartFone website? I placed an order for the Flamingo headset on Sunday, April 30, and was wondering what the typical turnaround time for processing is?

I received a confirmation e-mail of my order, but when I check back on the website for the status, it still just says "queued". Just wondering when I should be expectingn a change in that status...
