Angry Can't connect backberry 7100t to computer

A co-worker has a blackberry 7100T that he's trying to connect to his computer via bluetooth. When connects to the computer it asks for a password. Does anybody know where the password is established? Is it from the computer or is it for the blackberry. And the password it's asking for, is it the administrative password for the computer or does the bluetooth software establish it?

Isn't it the recognition pin for the BB? 0000?
