Default Blackberry Newbie!!! I need serious help w/ Bluetooth Headset

Please Login to Remove!

Hello-

As a newbie to the Blackberry world ( my new company supplied Blackberry 7250- Verizon) I was wondering if I could get assistance w/ what Bluetooth headset has the least noise and voice clarity. What about Plantronics Discovery 645, Gennum nXZEN Plus 5500 Bluetooth Headset, Tekkeon EZ2000 ezTalker mini Bluetooth Headset, etc.... There are so many on the market, is it personal preference,or "bluetooth" propaganda??? I'll be on the 7250 all the time for work in the car, your help would be appreciated.

Thanks
-Bling

I use with my 7250 a Plantronics 510V. If you are the type that must have the newest in the market then this one isnt it, however for me it is magnificent fit, unobstrusive, and the clarity both ways listening and being heard is astonishing.

I also have a Plantronics Voyager 510. It works very well. It was losing sync yesterday off and on a lot but after recharging it it is now fine. I dont know why it lost sync before but I cannot duplicate the problem.

I have worn it 8 hrs today with no issues at all.

Default H700

Had a SE HBH-660, kept dropping the connection even when the phone was right next to it. Gave up and got a H700 - love the thing - it is light, very very reliable (not a single missed or dropped connection in over 4 weeks) and I actually have gotten to like the flip-out microphone feature - it is quick on and off, rather than holding a button down for 5 secs or so to power on and off.

One SE HBH-660 for sale now....
