Good afternoon everyone - I purchased a 7130C and for some reason the old Motorola Headset I was using on my 7100T does not work properly. I am not sure of the model but it was purchased about a year ago. Why won't the BB find the "new"device?

Have you put the BT headset into discovery mode (or whatever they call it)?
