FYI for everyone - as the Plantronics eargels age with use, they seem to lose their elasticity & softness and become harder, and then not fit as firmly and snugly. Turns out they can be replaced very cheaply though, and I've gotten into the habit of installing a new one every 6 weeks or so on my 645. You can get a replacement set of 3 - all three sizes - in a sealed bag here for $2.95. I just ordered and received 6 sets for $25.65 shipped.
