Bluetooth Speakerphones (are there any good ones)? -

Just finished trying several including a BlueAnt Supertooth II. Love the device and ergonomics. However about 50% of the calls I sound in like I am in a can/cave. Tried 2 units and 2 different blackberries (8800 and 8100). Switching back to the handset in the same call always sounds good. The person I am calling also always sounds good. Have the fans and stereo off in the car with no wind noise (driving in a 35mph zone.)
Anyone have any suggestions? I have also tried the little motorola with even worse results.
