Just got my Pearl yesterday and came to pair it with my Bluetooth Car Kit (Installed by Halfords in the UK a year ago not sure of the make) and the BB wont even find the device.

Now it is not that the BT is switched off or anything as it found my computer and my Sony W810i (which works fine with my car kit).

Anyone got any solutions or am I going to have to get another kit fitted (and is there any guarantee that will work).

Ok I have solved this one. My carkit is a Parma I went to Halfords and they rang the company for me and found out that yes it is compatible and told them how to reset it to accept the pairing. So I have paired it and it works fine. Just need to set up voice dialing but still setting up everything else yet....
