Are there any IHF1000 users who are paired with a 8700c and have a problem with answering a call using the answer button on the Motorola head unit?

When I receive a call and push the answer button, the call is immediately disconnected. I have to use the answer/green phone button on the BB itself to answer and begin a hands free conversation.

I previously had a 7290 paired to the same IHF1000 and didn't experience this problem.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for any help.
