Default 7520 and Vista drivers - 03-31-2007, 10:12 AM

K I have done a bit of reading, and to be honest i'm kinda confused about the whole thing. So i'm trying to pair my 7520 to my laptop. They shake hands and everything if fine, but then it asks me for a device driver (meaning my bb)where do i get these drivers from, cause i have the desktop software installed already. So does that not have intergated drivers already?

I installed BB Desktop on Vista for my 7250 and the drivers were picked right up. Perhaps check and make sure you have the latest desktop for the 7250 *From Verizon's Site* and do a complete un-install, re-install. I do know that the VZAccess software still is not Vista Compatible - *DAMN*

Hey Gschoelles, I'm just wondering which BB desktop did you download?
I have Version 4.2.1 with my 7250 and it always says "The BlackBerry Desktop Software does not have BlackBerry Device Software for the device that you have connected to the computer."
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I have just the recent from VZW's site, else Vista is fully updated and running Office 2007. No advice except a clean uninstall, reboot more than once, reinstall, reboot more than once and see if that helps.
