I ordered a model C clip on 9/17/2008. An email confirmation of the order was received.
A follow up email with shipping information was also received.

The package shipped on the same day, 9/17 with the delivery date of 9/22.

I've sent an email on 9/25 requesting status but I haven't gotten a response yet.

It is now 9/29 and still no sign of the clip.

Can you please provide a status update?
