The replacement you get may be a "refurbished" unit. Not a big issue but just so nobody is surprised.

Verizon assured me I would receive a new phone minus the accessories, but I will find out when it gets here. I'll accept offers, but this will go on ebay if I have no offers by the time it arrives.
