$400 is too high as you can get it on ebay for $330 unlocked.

Yeah and the T-Mobile website are giving these babies away for $250 w/ the 2 yr contract and you could unlock them for as little as $10.

I think I speak for 99% of people in the universe when I say if I had $400 to burn I would get an unlocked iPhone not a curve.

Why don't you guys keep your opinions about the guy's price to yourself. Let him try to sell it and if someone wants it they can talk to him about it.

If I were moderating this forum I would delete your posts...heck, at another forum I ban people for this...

dude, relax.
why are you being so uptight?
you are attacking someone because they are attacking someone...see how pointless this all is.

It just a cellphone forum...its not that serious. People are dying all over the world and you should spend your energy and frustrations on solving that instead of banning folks on the internet over utter nonsense.

FYI: freedom works both ways as well. This guy is free to sell at his price and we are free to comment on it.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Ahh, didn't notice the price dropped =P Plus some people aren't in their upgrade month yet ;)

The ebay going price was about $380 + ridiculously gouged shipping (at least it was a week or so ago).

Adjusted the price for the forum. It's going up on eBay Tuesday Nov 27.

Note: The Titanium color is also on backorder currently =P The gold color version is selling for the low 300 price range.

I definitely disagree with you, and I think many others would too ... If you're in a community posting an item for sale, and your price is outside of the current range of what the product is going for I'd encourage those with information to post that information.

Part of a community is to look out for the best interests of everyone. Its not in the best interest of everyone for items posted here to sell well over what they would sell for in other locations.

Deleting the post ... no, I'd encourage more of them ... banning the poster, absolutely not; completely inappropriate for this situation.

BTW, $375 seems reasonable (though, not a Black Friday bargain) to me considering you don't need a contract. I just paid $299 with a one year contract for a locked TMobile Titanium 8320 for someone else. (They weren't on backorder either.)

Only if individuals would sell things @ Black Friday prices... hahaha.

The girl at the T-Mobile store in the Montebello Mall (Montebello, Calif.) tried to sell me the Gold colored ones... not to offend anyone, but I think it looks a little silly. She said they were on back order, yada yada yada.

Once she realized I was going to spend over $1000 on phones and also upgrade my service plan, she magically pulled the Titanium colored ones out of her bum.

I'm just relaying information I get from trustworthy sales people
