This phone could surely pass as brand new condition. It has been very good to me. I have the original box (upc was removed for rebate), with all the manuals, setup discs etc. It comes with the charger, battery, and black rubber skin. The reason I am selling is because I bought the curve for t mobile and switched my carrier, so have no use for this device anymore. I am willing to sell at a reasonable rate, please make me an offer. It is a very good price for a unit that is only a few months old, and I am a long time blackberry user, this would be my 9th blackberry, so I can assure you it has been well kept and taken care of.

I will ship it fast with everything you need, all you have to do is pop in a sim card.

does this phone have a manufactures warranty?

The warranty is still intact. This is a U.S. model which was purchased from the CINGULAR/ATT store, and comes with Cingular/ATT packaging as well.

The device is about 5 months old, and therefore still falls within the warranty period.
