The phone isn't more than a month old and runs perfectly fine. My older brother originally had a defective pearl and while getting it replaced he wasn't happy with customer service so after they sent him the new phone he cancelled his contract shortly after. I still have t-mobile so he gave me the phone. I use a nokia flip phone and have always used nokia which is why I want to trade for the e70. There is a scratch on the front screen and on the back. I'll send pictures if requested.
