the item is branded Orange, it is new in the sense that i synchronized my data but never used it as i ended up sticking to my pearl and now just got few weeks ago a 8320 from work. Now i can't say that it is brand new becasue i did synchronize my data. The item is still in new condition with box and all original accessories.
