I bought it in the US from an apple store and it is on its original firmware (1.1) I have jailbroken it though and had no problems with it. I have put a patterened skin on it to protect it but can take this off, so it is in pristine condition. It has all the accessories with it plus I bought a dock+adapter for it so that is included to. It does have around a 3mm tiny scratch on the screen (no clue how this got there) but I hardly notice it. Can provide pics
