It is absolutely mint and has an Invisible Shield Screen Protector installed as well as a clear plastic snap on case installed. Both were installed immediately so the phone is literally in perfect condition. Everything will come with the phone. Also, the phone slides perfectly into the factory BB leather sleeve even with the plastic case installed.
