I am a Verizon customer of ten years, I have never ever had one bad incident with Verizon's customer support. They have always been kind, knowledgeable, forthcoming and extremely helpful, even when it came time to replace my BB, it was agreed to on a Wednesday evening at 7:00PM and Friday at 9:30 AM I had a replacement in my hands, so despite what conwawj says above, and I am sure with good cause from his end, I would not hesitate to get a Verizon BB. My 7250 is super, best phone I have ever had whithout question, and great service from Verizon's customer support.
Maybe their end user support is better than their coporate level support. I've not had one good expirence with them from our corporate account. Either way best of luck.
