was suppose to ship out tuesday but had issues at work . gentelman got back to me said he was going to mail it out today and still no tracking number. good by to over night shipping. disputeing paypal payment and credit card payment . smells like a scam looks like a scam it is a scam .

tell me about it i paid the guy monday evening he says will ship next day so i wait. fine today i email him and ask for tracking number he said he is going to ship it today so i was wait you did not ship it yet. so i got worried i called in a dispute with paypal i did open one up like 3 am this morning but closed it when e mail me about why i did that and said to him where is the tracking number. then he said will have it out by the end of the day and 930 already and no email nothing so im like forget this guy. i rather pay full price.

Wow, that totally sucks. I had a friend get ripped off on crackberry.com and he received a bottle of Dasani water. Paypal wouldn't refund his money since the seller provided paypal with a tracking number. He never got his money and of course I felt like an ass because I took him to the forums.
People like this hurt honest sellers. I have been trying to sell an 8900 on here and have been unsuccessful due to number of posts. I understand that but I feel there are two types of people with low posts.
1. Scammers
2. People who don't post but are looking for the best possible place to sell a phone and to me what better place to sell a phone than a blackberry forum. I also hate to just spam messages to get my post count up, but it is what it is.
I hope your situation turns out positive.
