It's been debranded, so it doesn't have the carrier splash screen upon boot-up. Also, I'll pay for shipping on both devices!

You'll probably have to add some cash to entice people. Most people don't want downgrade from an 8320 to an 8310.

How is the 8310 a downgrade from the 8320??? They are the exact same phone, except one has GPS, and the other has WiFi.
