I think you can get them from RIM for around $75 but not 100% sure.

FYI - I personally would not buy a key from someone who has already seen/used said key. There is obviously no guarantee that the key isn't still in use somewhere. You may have a hard time selling these.

This may be related to volume discounts. The more CAL's you purchase, the better the "per unit" price.
